Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park is located in Yen My district, Hung Yen province. On July 17, 2018, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province granted the Investment Registration Certificate to Viglacera Yen My - Hung Yen Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company with the project "Investment in construction and business infrastructure of Viglacera Yen My industrial park, Hung Yen province".

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
TRAFFIC	Connecting with National Highway 39A to the west, Provincial Road 376 to the southwest, the industrial park is about 2 km from National Highway 5, about 7 km from Hanoi - Hai Phong highway. Traffic routes in the industrial park are built according to a grid of checkerboards for convenient access.
POWER SUPPLY	Power is supplied from the national grid of 110/22KV substations with a capacity of 7×63MVA
WATER SUPPLY	Water plant with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day. Diameter of water supply pipe from D150mm - D400mm
DRAINAGE	Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are built separately. The diameter of the underground storm drain is D800mm - D1250mm on the principle of self-flow.
WASTE WATER AND WASTE TREATMENT	- Waste water treatment plant with a capacity of 8,000 m3 / day and night (Wastewater volume is calculated as 80% of water supply). Diameter of drain drainage D300mm - D600mm - Solid waste from the factories will be classified, collected and transferred to the concentrated waste dump in Hung Yen province for treatment.
COMMUNICATIONS	The modern information system meets international standards, fully and quickly meeting all requirements for domestic and foreign communication services.
FIRE PROTECTION AND PREVENTION	Fire water supply system is arranged along the roads. The distance between the fire hydrants is 120m - 150m. Diameter of fire hydrant D125mm.
ENVIRONMENT AND GREEN PLANT	Area of trees, water surface and technical infrastructure accounts for 28%

INVESTMENT INCENTIVES
CORPORATE INCOME TAX (CIT)	Tax Rate: The corporate income tax rate is 20%. Incentives on Tax Rates: 1. Tax exemption for the first 2 years 2. 50% reduction of tax payable in the next 4 years
IMPORT TAX OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (Applicable only to preferential investment industries, according to Decree 87/2010/ND-CP)	(1) - Exemption from import tax on goods to create fixed assets. (2) - Exemption from import tax on raw materials and supplies imported for the production of exports. (3) - Exemption from import tax on raw materials for production for 5 years from the beginning of production, if the enterprise invests in a project  on the list of projects specially encouraged for investment.
FOREIGN PROFIT TRANSFER TAX	Completely exempt from tax on transferring profits abroad.
Value Added Tax (VAT)	Exemption from Value Added Tax on exported goods.
