Hanoi plans to establish and expand about 20 new industrial clusters in 2022

The remaining objectives are: 100% of industrial clusters in operation are managed in accordance with the provisions of the law, 100% of newly built industrial clusters have wastewater treatment stations that meet national standards or technical regulations. and 100% of industrial clusters, craft village industrial clusters that have been put into operation have wastewater treatment stations that meet the respective national standards or technical regulations.

Regarding the implementation content, according to the plan, Hanoi will develop mechanisms and policies for industrial development; organize the management and development of industrial clusters that have come into operation.

The city will implement the industrial clusters that have already been established; in which, starting and completing technical infrastructure, attracting secondary investment projects in production and business activities in 45 industrial clusters that have been decided to establish, including: Binh Minh - Cao Vien industrial cluster (Thanh Oai district), CN3 industrial cluster (Soc Son district) and 43 industrial clusters established in the period 2018 - 2020.

In addition, the city focuses on implementing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, creating the most favorable conditions for investors to shorten the time to carry out investment procedures, speed up the construction progress, deploy the construction of technical infrastructure and put into operation industrial clusters.

Besides, there are activities to promote promotion, investment exposure, completion of appraisal, decision to establish and expand 15-20 new industrial clusters.

Hanoi also plans to strengthen the organization of inspection activities, check and handle violations in the management of industrial clusters in the city on land and environment...

To accomplish the goals, the city has assigned specific tasks to the Departments and branches; People's Committees of districts, towns with industrial clusters and investors.
