In which, agricultural land will decrease from 95,604ha in 2020 to 85,409ha in 2030; non-agricultural land from 15,019ha to 31,597ha; unused land decreased from 5,841ha to nearly 70ha. In particular, urban land will increase from 476ha to 3,545ha and rural land from 1,505ha to 2,127ha by 2030.

In this area, entertainment land also increases sharply from 6.24ha in 2020 to 784ha in 2030, equivalent to an increase of 130 times. In particular, industrial park land also increased from 138ha to 3,400ha, an increase of nearly 25 times.

As for Van Ninh district, in the North Van Phong area, with a land area approved for planning by 2030 is more than 57,221ha. In which, agricultural land is planned 41,064 ha, non-agricultural land 15,815 ha, unused land 341 ha.

Notably, the planned land types until 2030 almost clearly represent the future strategic development plan in this locality. In which, urban residential land in 2020 will have an area of 94 ha, it is planned to increase to 1,753 ha by 2030, an increase of 18 times; rural land from 641ha to 461ha; scenic land from no planning to be increased to 210ha; entertainment land from 5.2ha to 380ha increased by more than 73 times… In addition, this area is supplemented with 1,010ha of industrial land.

According to the land use plan, Van Ninh district will convert more than 7,456ha of agricultural land into non-agriculture, concentrated in communes with advantages in tourism and industry such as:   Van Thanh commune with 2,182ha, Van Hung commune with 1,052 ha, the communes of Van Khanh, Van Phu, Van Tho... moved more than 500ha.
