According to the report, employees working in enterprises in industrial parks, export processing zones or key economic zones will be supported when fully meeting the following conditions:

Rent and stay in accommodation from March 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. Having an indefinite-term labor contract or a definite-term labor contract of 1 month or more signed and performed before March 1, 2022.

Being participating in compulsory social insurance (named in the list of participating in compulsory social insurance of the social insurance agency) in the month preceding the time the enterprise prepares the list of employees requesting financial support. rent.

In case employees are not subject to compulsory social insurance as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 2 of Decree No. 115/2015/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance Association on compulsory social insurance must be included in the salary list of the enterprise of the month immediately preceding the time the enterprise prepares the list of employees requesting rent support.

Support level: 500 thousand VND/person/month. Support period: Up to 3 months. Payment method: Monthly.

Regarding support for workers to return to the labor market, the support level is 1 million VND/person/month. Support period: Up to 3 months. Payment method: Monthly.

This Decision stipulates the implementation of the policy of housing rental support for employees who have an employment relationship, are renting, staying in, and working in the following areas: Industrial parks, export processing zones are established. under the conditions, order and procedures specified in the Government's Decree No. 82/2018/ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 on management of industrial parks and economic zones.
